Recap | DUSA Roundtable at Rosti (March 12)

On March 12th, DUSA hosted an executive Roundtable at Rosti Integrated Manufacturing Solutions (Suzhou) Co., Ltd.. We extend appreciation to Rosti for their support in making this event possible.

This event gathered approximately 50 industry executives. DUSA Chariman Mr. Florian Weihard and Rosti's SVP Asia of Rosti, Mr. Pat Williams, delivered opening remarks to kick off the session.

Mr. Daniel Jacob and Rico Knapper from STARTEAM thenpresented on the topic "How STARTEAM Factory Increased Utilization by 14% without Investing in New Equipment". They shared three takeaways: 

1. Utilization increased by up to 14% without additional equipment,
2. The core lever was better detailed scheduling,
3. The hardest part was not software, but changing daily behavior and KPIs.

Participants also enjoyed a guided tour of Rosti's plant, gaining an immersive perspective on its innovation and operational excellence.

The event concluded with a networking dinner catered by The Circle, which offered a relaxed setting for further conversation and connection.
