Yesterday morning marked the official launch of our very first DUSA AI Circle Workshop, held in collaboration with IBSS. Nearly 20 excutives and managers from 15 DUSA member companies joined us.
Consistent with our Circle's mission, we focused on scalable AI applications for the office environment rather than complex shopfloor solutions. The goal is to identify standardized, ready-to-implement use cases that deliver quick wins with low complexity.
As the first step in our systematic innovation process, this Phase 1 workshop centered on deeply exploring and concretizing real business needs. We now look forward to the next session, where these needs will be shaped into concrete AI application ideas.
