2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held at the Niccolo Hotel on the evening of March 26th
On the evening of March 26, DUSA held the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Niccolo Hotel. The event attracted nearly 80 representatives from DUSA member companies. During the meeting, each director provided a detailed report on DUSA's 2024 activities and financial status.
Throughout the reporting process, the directors patiently answered attendees' questions, creating a very engaging atmosphere.
Additionally, the meeting saw the election of the new board members for the 2025-2026 term. Martin was elected as a new board member and his resume was presented.

This year, there were no new candidates running for the positions, and the current board members agreed to continue their roles. Thus, the new DUSA board members largely remain the same and were unanimously approved by the attendees.

The highlights of this event included the addition of a special award ceremony. Mr. Oscar, a DUSA board member, introduced the DUSA DARE project and presented certificates to the young participants involved in this initiative. Furthermore, DUSA invited Mr. Gavin Chen, who is deeply involved in public welfare and charity, to introduce his "Star Youth Coffee Beans" project. As a gesture of appreciation, Mr. Chen also provided gifts to the first thirty paying guests who attended the event.
In the final part of the event, guests enjoyed the meticulously prepared delicacies from the Niccolo Hotel while engaging in enthusiastic exchanges and networking. Everyone unanimously expressed high recognition and support for DUSA's work.
In conclusion, DUSA extended our gratitude to the annual partners Fangben Law Firm, C-life, and The Circle. Special thanks were also given to Niccolo Hotel for their strong support of the event, and to every member companies for their supporting to DUSA.
